Refunds only pertain to the cost of the tipsheets, not any wagers placed. Refunds are only offered on individual daily tipsheet or best bet purchases and a refund must be requested within 3 days of the race date which was purchased. Refunds are not offered on any bulk purchase. Anyone found to be taking advantage of our refund policy by requesting 10 or more refunds in a row will no longer be granted refunds going forward.
We may be required by state or federal law to notify you of certain events.
